Narrowboat Timeshare Weeks for Sale
 







I have a Narrowboat timeshare week I might consider selling:

This is a six berth craft .

 Descriptions at:     6 Berth    boats are mored at Mercia Marina nr Burton on Trent

We have owned this for some years now, but with the family growing up usage has become less, which means that now the weeks are more often rented out than actually used,  the result being that the 6 berth has  completely recovered the purchase costs and now runs into profit, which is a happy enough turn of events.

Maintenance costs are about £425 a year for each week at the moment, after which if you book early enough you will be able to book a week at almost any time of year ( equivalent hire costs for a 6 berth would typically be about £1000 for a 6 berth  in August }.

If you were to purchase a week you are welcome to advertise it on this site when you don't have a use for it and should over an  average of years see a profit this way, or at least break even on costs.

The alternaive of course for unused weeks is to exchange your timeshare week for a holiday flat somewhere around the world, by use of RCI or a similar
service.

I will accept offers around £1500 for the 6 berth and I am definitely not interested in doing deals with any "Timeshare disposal companies", these are either useful weeks or profitable weeks  backed by a website that has proven to be well capable of renting them out, when not of other use to us.

The best justification for ownership of course is your own personal use of the weeks.

Buy a week, use it yourself for a few years and sell it on cheaply and you will have more than justified the expenditure.
